Responsibilities:

  • Craftsmanship and Customer Service
  • Craft exceptional custom homes and remodels with unparalleled customer service.
  • Ensure that the highest standards of craftsmanship are maintained throughout the construction or remodeling process.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver results that exceed their expectations.
  • Assistance to the Senior Project Manager
  • Supporting the Senior Project Manager in handling warranty work.
  • Capturing framing photos for project documentation.
  • Inspections and Project Management
  • Managing and being present for all inspections.
  • Executing project management tasks as delegated and tracking them using Buildertrend's To-Do feature.
  • Site Maintenance and Quality Assurance
  • Ensuring site maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Monitoring and addressing any community, neighbor, or environmental issues that arise during a project.
  • Ensuring that the quality of work performed by trade partners meets and exceeds the Landmark's standards.
  • Project Information Management
  • Managing Buildertrend project information, including change orders, allowances, and the maintenance of construction schedules.
  • Keeping project files updated and organized.
  • Financial and Administrative Tasks
  • Signing invoices and passing them to the Senior Project Manager for review.
  • Compiling and managing project punch lists throughout the project's duration.
  • Handling tools, equipment, and trade partner bids related to ongoing projects and job sites.
  • Neighbor Relations
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with neighbors throughout the project duration.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of carpentry and construction principles.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with project managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Hands-on capabilities and a proactive, self-starting attitude towards work.
  • A desire to grow professionally, with the potential to transition into project management.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-Time
  • Salary at $50,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience.
