Responsibilities:

• Neighborly Relations
• Cultivating and nurturing amicable connections with neighbors throughout the project's duration.
• Project Information Oversight
• Supervising Buildertrend project data, encompassing change orders, allowances, and the upkeep of construction schedules.
• Ensuring project files are current and systematically arranged.
• Aiding the Senior Project Manager
• Assisting the Senior Project Manager in managing warranty tasks.
• Documenting framing images for project records.
• Inspections and Project Oversight
• Overseeing and being present for all inspections.
• Carrying out delegated project management duties and monitoring them using BuilderTrend's To-Do functionality.
• Financial and Administrative Responsibilities
• Authorizing invoices and forwarding them to the Senior Project Manager for assessment.
• Compiling and supervising project punch lists throughout the project's duration.
• Managing tools, equipment, and bids from trade partners associated with ongoing projects and job sites.
• Site Upkeep and Quality Assurance
• Guaranteeing site maintenance and tidiness.
• Monitoring and addressing any community, neighbor, or environmental concerns that emerge during a project.
• Ensuring that the quality of work performed by trade partners aligns with and surpasses the Landmark's benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to drive project success
• Must have hands-on capabilities and a deep understanding of construction processes and best practices
• A self-starter with the ability to effectively support project managers in the field
• Strong leadership qualities with the potential to grow into project management or a background as a lead carpenter
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time
• Salary at $50,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience.
